Of all the teams in the NFL, the Oakland Raiders is one of the crowds favorite.Raiders tickets sell like pancakes because football fans and enthusiasts enjoy the exciting game the team show Another reason why there is a growing number of Raiders ticket holders is that the Raiders has one of the best records in the NFL. Under their belt, they have three Super Bowls wins, four Conference title wins and an outstanding 15 Division title wins.

The Raiders had a shaky start when they started in t1960. Despite being new and not having the facilities to play in, the team still found people who would sponsor and invest in them. The situation changed when Al Davis took over the team in 1963. Within two decades or so, the team managed to snag themselves three Super Bowl wins and a handful of Division and Conference title wins. Raiders tickets became a commodity with more people wanting to catch the Raiders in action.

In 1966, the Oakland Raiders played in the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders tickets were scarce because of people wanting to watch every game of the Raiders. The Raiders tickets became even scarcer in October of 1970 when the Raiders played their ever first Monday Night Football game in ABC against the Washington Redskins. Those people fortunate enough to be holding a prized Raiders ticket that night watched how the Raiders overwhelmed the Redskins with a 34-20 win. For the Raiders it was only their introduction to great games. Since then the Raiders tickets for every Monday Night Football game the team played was sold out immediately.

The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum underwent a massive $120 million worth of renovations. They added over 20,000 seats to the coliseum, 90 luxury suites and two private clubs and two of the massive scoreboards. All these were done to accommodate and make the Raiders tickets connoisseurs comfortable as they watch their favorite team play. Now the Raiders are playing in the McAfee Coliseum.

The Raiders had a few tough seasons, 2004 being their worst since they started playing. In 2001, they were involved in a controversy called the Tuck when they played against the New England Patriots. To continuously provide their fans with the best plays, the Raiders are now improving on their offensive. Their offense has been their weak link. Once the Raiders have been able to improve their offensive plays, they will be even more difficult to defeat.
